TAM Consultants provides residential design services for both
builders and home owners alike. We address each project in a
professional, efficient manner to obtain a full understanding of
desires and needs of our clients. We understand the process from the
builders prospective coupled with the fact that each house will become

Design Services
We provide detailed design drawings necessary to build a custom home. These drawings will include floor plans, elevation views, roof and wall section details along with code reference notes and details necessary relating to specific construction applications.
Design - Permit Services
This service takes our basic design service a step farther to include all structural requirements, floor system drawings and any additional documentation required by the officials in the county or city where the construction will take place. We will submit your project for the building permit and address any issues or questions that may arise through the process of gaining approval of your final building permit.
Full Project Services
This level of service adds to our Design - Permit Service with a project management schedule, consulting on revisions, custom elements and finishes, etc. We are with the client from conception to completion of the project.
