Property Condition Assessments

Our team will conduct a site visit and interview pertinent staff regarding the condition and history of the various building systems. Our site visits include an experienced professional engineer who will conduct the field work and evaluate the current systems.

Our site evaluation includes a visual review of the architecture, structural design, finishes, interior and exterior elements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and parking facilities. We then provide a written descriptive narrative in a report format consisting of a general description of the building systems, a listing of noted deficiencies found, an inclusion of an opinion of probable repair costs, as well as an inclusion of probable replacement costs for various systems based on their remaining useful life. Our report will also include a series of photographs and building floor diagrams as necessary.

Our project managers and engineers are skilled in considering future expansion of a facility and the condition of the current systems, and can recommend a number of options for the proposed mechanical systems and costs for the expansion spaces.
