TAM Consultants provides building condition assessments
(architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil,
landscaping, and fire/life safety) and reserve studies of existing
building systems and site improvements to assess their physical
condition, repair and maintenance issues, recommended replacement,
capital expenditures, and opinions of probable costs for corrective
action. This service is often performed as part of property transfer
due diligence or part of creating a facility's cash reserve assessment.
We can provide a single assessor for smaller properties or a team of
reviewers for larger projects.
